Return Policy:

Our customers are very important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your merchandise, you may return it(unopened and unworn items) to us within 14 days from the day your order is received. We will give you the choice of crediting your account towards future purchases, or refunding your credit card, the only cost to you would be the shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee.

For defected products, we'll refund full amount or give you store credit.

You are responsible for all costs in returning the item(s) back to us.

Please make sure to get a return authorization number (RMA No.) and RMA Address by email before sending your return item(s) back.

All returns without a valid RMA No. will be refused. Accounts which refuse or cancel requested shipments already processed will be charged a shipping fees plus 15% restocking fee.

No Returns and No Exchanges will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. No Exceptions.

Exchange policy:

Item returned for exchange will get refund or store credit after receipt.

Please make a new order for your Exchange items online.

You are responsible for all costs in returning the item(s) back to us.

You may wish to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost mail.

Items sold with free shipping or Priority/Ground will be refunded the product cost less our total shipping expense.
